This 24″ x 36″ oil painting was painted in 2004 from Auditorium Shores, downtown at the river. I am sitting at the end of the trail, the monument spot, facing west. The tall pillars of the train trestle give a beautiful reflecting on the water. I wait to catch a bit more detail each time the train crosses the bridge. I like to paint old buildings. The old Austin Power Station looks peaceful along the waters edge. Framed in a gold frame.
